What we collect
What you type into our forms: your name, business, email, phone, website, and your message. If you do a Friction Finder or work with us, the answers, files, and reports you send us. Form submissions and attachments are stored privately and used only to respond to your request.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare your report or deliverables, and run our work with you. We may also use patterns across many businesses in anonymized and combined form, with no names, numbers, or details that could identify you or your business, to improve our methods and build benchmarks.
What we don't do
We never sell your information. We don't share it with anyone outside McClone Technology Consulting except the service providers that help us run the business, such as email, hosting, and the software we use to prepare reports, and only as needed for that.
The interview
If you do your Friction Finder in ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI app, the conversation lives in your own account under that app's terms until you send us the result. Our instructions include how to turn off model training in each app.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for our work with you and our business records. Ask and we'll delete it.
