Private equity support
One platform, one set of systems. We bring every add-on onto the same tools so the whole group runs as one.
Each acquisition arrives with its own accounting, its own CRM, its own way of quoting and selling, and its own spreadsheets holding it together. Until they're brought together, you're running five companies the hard way. The platform usually has no tech staff, and each company's IT provider keeps the lights on but doesn't do integration. We fill that gap.
What we bring together
Financials
Every add-on on the same accounting system and chart of accounts, so the group closes and reports on one standard. Usually the first move after a deal.
CRM and sales process
One pipeline, one way to quote and follow up, and a clear view of selling across companies.
ERP and operations
Orders, inventory, scheduling and purchasing on shared systems instead of five versions of the same job.
Integrations
The tools talk to each other, so data entered once flows everywhere it's needed.
Accounts, licenses and security
Everyone under the platform's accounts, with one set of rules and fewer duplicate subscriptions.
How we work
Look at each add-on's systems before or right after close, so surprises surface early
Move and clean the data, then prove it matches before anyone switches over
Work alongside your implementation partners and each company's IT provider
Talk to the sponsor and to the people doing the work, and translate between them
Why us
We're the bridge between the deal team and the people doing the work. When a company gets acquired, its staff are nervous: new owners, new systems, and a lot of change at once. We're the ones in the building making those changes, but we're not the new owners, so people talk to us. We explain what's changing and why, help them through it, and keep the anxiety down while the work gets done.
We've moved multiple add-ons into one financial system for a single platform, and we've lived through acquisitions from the inside. We know what the deal team needs to see and what the team on the ground is worried about.
What it costs
Scoped per platform, with a fixed price per add-on.
